John K. LeBlanc is founder and president of Personnel and Process Solutions,
a change agent for the workplace established in 1997. John brings a broad base
of experience to his clients, which enables him to assist many types of
organizations in the quest to solve problems, improve performance, or capitalize
on opportunities.

John's client industries include managed care, retail, wholesale distributors,
government, manufacturing, associations, universities, and others. He has led
many diverse learning and performance sessions with clients ranging in size from
$1 million to $2 billion in sales. John consults with companies attempting to grow
their business into new markets, new product lines, or attempting to maximize their
current opportunities. He also works with organizations to improve their total
quality performance.

Educationally, John has a BS in Production/Operations Management, and an MBA in
International Management. Throughout his thirty-year career in business, John has
held various management positions up to General Manager. His career and client
experience combine to give him a full understanding of the processes necessary to
bring positive results for his clients. John is Associate Professor of Management
at Cedarville University. He teaches a broad base of management courses combining
theory with practical experience to better prepare our emerging business leaders.

John has been honored as a member of Who's Who in the Midwest, has sat on various
Boards of Directors and worked internationally. With a style that focuses on results,
he has been able to work with organizations to improve sales per account, productivity,
quality, and other successful measures. Additionally, he has assisted organizations to
assimilate their strategic plan, goals, and objectives.
